1836 CBH Overton help

Hi folks

i broke this 1836 out of an icg slab the other day but am having a real issue trying to get the overton

On the ob there is what looks like milling just behind the 6 on the date and on the reverse there are what looks like two die chips that come from the arrows

The left side of T is in line with the right side of I

I can't seem to get a handle on it through the book :-(

I am not sure if it is not a counterfeit either :-(

It's the only vareity in the series with a beaded border. Probably an experimental thing in this transition year. It doesnt usually stike up well because of the open collar, but it always shows in some places, usually best from 12-4 o'clock.
