Hi All

Just looking for a check on an overton .

I am just after confirmation that it is a 112. The recut 10 star being the marker

Actually still looking to buy it .

 

It is in a au58 pcgs holder and they are after $700 for it . It is a pricy one for a 58 but the toning is killer :cool:

I like the coin even as a 58. PCGS is usually pretty solid at that grade, and I would assume that with the toning on this coin, the luster does not come through well in a pic. The price is OK though on the upper end for what 58's are going for recently...

$700 is a lot for that Au 58 based only on a picture. I am ok with the Au58 grade but could see this as Au 55 just as easy. The strike issues that I see on that coin are rather common for this date . Just for comparison here is my MS 61 CAC 1833 Bust . I PAID $ 860 for this last year , it was Cac certified after I purchased the coin . The strike on mine is good other then the lack on denticles.
