QUESTION:

 

Early editions of the Red Book included which curious note to explain the low mintage of 1928(P) dollars?

 

 

Our first place winner will receive a copy of The Official Red Book, A Guide Book of Buffalo and Jefferson Nickels.

 

 

There will also be a runner up prize given to a randomly selected player with the correct answer.
