I've been wanting to post this for awhile. I purchased it earlier in the year.

 

Pages are light tan, no clipped coupons or panels. Cover is attached. Minor tears at the staples. Small tear on back cover, about 1/2 inch. No tears on front cover. The lines on the top right front cover are creases, perhaps from the printing process.

I don't know how to grade comics.

 

Perhaps you would get better results in the CGC grading forum.
