What would this 1889 CC grade?

Any guesses on what this 1889 CC would grade, and what it is worth?

I'd call it a high-end F-12 or so, but the images are kind of small.

I'll agree with high end fine, which makes it about $500 IF it is real - this one looks waaay too much like the all too common copy/replica coins. Unless able to inspect in hand or already holdered by a reputable tpg, I'd stay clear...

I should mention that the mintmark looks correctly positioned, but again, the images are not clear.
