Cleaned or not Morgan?

Take a look at this eBay Morgan. I would guess it at MS64 but it looks funny with the toning on it around the stars and above the eagle. Do you think it has been cleaned and what would you grade it?

Not entirely sure its been cleaned. It could just be bad pictures. That being said, it isn't very attractive. I would be hesitant to give it an MS grade based on those pictures. In all likelihood it might grade MS-62, but I would not bid higher than AU.

Whether cleaned or just weird looking, it is bad enough to pass on. It is not a scarce enough issue in the series to risk getting stuck with a lousy example.

It could have been cleaned.But that's almost secondary to it's lack of appeal.I don't like it and I doubt it's MS 64.Maybe 62 if it doesn't get a details grade.
