Obverse has Rose colored toning from the rim in

Reverse is a silvery black.

AU-58 for me, but a coin that could go MS-61 or so.

I'd say MS61 maybe 62. As for the bagginess comment, that means that whilst it resided in it's bag with other Morgans that it rubbed and hit a lot of other coins therefore has bag marks.

MS-60, eagle's feathers really weak and worn, but the coin shows really sharp strike on the obverse

I'd go AU 58 as I think there is a trace of wear. Any ideas what the light, parallel vertical lines behind the chin might be?

Somehow they don't look like bag marks. I'm thinking maybe a tiny piece of strike through?? They are too perfrct and parallel for bag marks...in my uninformed opinion.
