Is this commemorative already graded?

MS-64+

I give it a + because it might go 65 but the luster is not reflected in the image, so I just can't say.

These are really neat and reflect Maine's image as a northern state.

thanks everyone.. i found this coin in heritage archive, sold in april as pcgs ms67 for $5175.00.. id agree its a 64+ wooden

It is so difficult to assign the correct grade from images like this...if PCGS claims this is a 67, it must look way better in hand than the Heritage images portray it to be.

5k is a hunk of change.
