1836 Capped Bust Half Dime grade and value please

I'll guess EF-40. Value depends on whether it's the small 5C or large 5c.

Looks more VF 30ish to me. Would value it around $100.

As it was slabbed by PCGS as VF35 I offered $115 for it but they wanted $165. A little too much for too little.

Yes, Chad, it is a JJTeaparty coin. It's nice for VF but not at XF prices(my opinion).

I don't think so, Bobby. I believe that is just where the toning process stops next to the raised bust. JMO.
