Holy Lincoln, Batman! I'll go PR-66, and add that I don't really like it very much. I'll also add that I'm not sure its a proof, but I'm trying to interpret the apparent lack of luster and the apparent reflectivity under the toning. I may be way off on this, but it's my guess.

I am going to agree. PF64 due to the spots. I bet this coin is prettier than the photos indicate. I can't ever get a good photo of a toned proof without washing it out.
