What Does The Designation MSPME Mean?

Hi! All, can anyone tell me what the designation MSPME stands for in the Presidential Dollar census? I know MS is Mint State and ME is Missing Edge but what does P stand for. I don't believe it's Proof. Would it be Partial? Can someone enlighten me and also let me know where I can find these designation meanings?. Thanks, marchas45

Well I got an answer from NGC saying it was MSPME = Mint State Proof Like Mint Error.

 

Yet Missing Edge Lettering = MSME.

 

So I guess ME stands for Mint Error and not Missing Edge, boy this is so confusing.
