How to remove item from lucite cube

I would not be able to comment on any home methods of safely removing a coin from a lucite block. At NCS, we have had success in removing coins from lucite. Assuming there is not another already existing surface problem to the coin such as improper cleaning or environmental damage, the coin should still grade with NGC following removal from its lucite tomb.
