    I'm a current PCGS customer and I was thinking about moving my small amount of coins that I get graded over to NGC. I just scored 3 of the ASE type 2 proofs and they were delivered today. Can I get a first day issue declaration if I send these in? If so, is there any certain process I need to complete to get that done? If not what is the "next best" label to have other than first day?
