  1. I picked up only three rolls from the bank yesterday. Found this last night, and set it aside to take a closer look. Something just didn't feel right, edges are too sharp, Satin lackluster finish, calming eye appeal. If I'm not mistaken, I would say it's one of the Pennies from the mint directors estate sale in the early 90s wasn't it?
  2. For those who are more familiar with grading and value, I'm asking for learned, experienced opinions. No snide remarks, please. Would it be beneficial to grade these pennies before offering them for sale? Also, anyone have an idea about the closed D and ghost of a P in the 83 Washington? Also, wasn't that a key date for low mintage and quality?
