    I have this 1/5 Libra Peru 1966 in very good condition and I want to submit for grading. But there is a problem. Some very unprofessional person decided to test if this coin is gold by using a file on the rim. Why people don't understand you should never touch by any means one numismatic or MS 65+ coin. However I wanted to ask the community or NGC Staff if this "tested" coin will display any rim damage or rim filing on the label.
