Okay I have been comparing to the off center bust variety and not having the “fang” die markers . It is right weight and size with having the die scratch under the lower wing on reverse just thought I would look for another opinion.

I have found a wheat cent only weighs 2.8 grams. I’m wondering if it could be struck on silver planchette. It’s not steal it doesn’t stick to magnet. It is environmentally damaged but what I can figure is it is under 1920 for year.

They have the Roman numerals for the date. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe they switched in early 90’s?
