    U subnitted this coin as a one cent but it came back certified as a half cent. I was happy with that since it would be an unlisted variant but today I checked the diamter at it is 25mm. I think this is a misattributed one cent not a half cent.

    Line item 4 is listed as "1890 MEXICO 2C QUERETARO FANTASY ISSUE" But it is not Queretero but "estado de mexico". Why is it listed as Queretero?

    I requested conservation on a recent submission (2869041) and it was not done. I understand that conservation is not done if it will not improve the coin but looking at the photos online it seems obvious that conservation would be an improvement. Can you explain why it was not done? Thanks
