  1. Hello, @lqueen6. As we mentioned via email, your coin needed a coin ID assigned to it and needed to go through a weekly software update which would happen overnight on Monday and be ready today, Tuesday. Your coin is "live" today, Tuesday, as promised. Someone from our team emailed you this morning and your coin was successfully to a new NGC Registry set. We appreciate your patience.

  3. Hello, @MONTGOMERY COLLECTION. We appreciate your interest, and enthusiasm. Thank you for your support. A unique theme/format such as the one you suggest is best represented in a Custom NGC Registry set. Here are directions, in case you are interested: Where do I find Custom Sets/my complete inventory/Collection Manager?*** - NGC Registry Help and Instructions - NGC Coin Collectors Chat Boards if you have any questions, please let us know. You may also reach us via email at registry@NGCcoin.com. Thank you.
  4. Hi, @THE WELSH DRAGON, Brett. Hope you are doing well. We will get the necessary changes made. What do you mean "mislabel?" I don't see any spelling errors in the Registry set. If you are referring to mislabeled coins, that would need to go through Customer Service first. After any changes are made on their side and in the grading screen, then any changes will filter down to the NGC Registry after that. You may reach them at service@ngccoin.com or at 1-855-GRADE10 (855-472-3310). Thanks.
  5. Hello, @Salvos. The NGC Registry is a mirror of the grading screens and verification. The "Including Varieties" sets have separate slots for each different attribution. (There must be a minimal number of coins graded before we add a separate slot. Once we have enough graded, then we add separate slots.) This is uniform across all NGC categories, all world sets. As more varieties are recognized/attributed, then more slots get added to a variety set. https://www.ngccoin.com/census/world/mexico-1905-to-date/sc-216/1-onza/ We do not currently have any coins in the census that are labeled "1987 DDR LETTERED EDGE." If you provide your certification number, we are happy to tell you where the coin is eligible in the NGC Registry. For questions about attribution, labels, you would need to speak to Customer Service. You may reach them at service@ngccoin.com or at 1-855-GRADE10 (855-472-3310). If you have other questions, please let us know. Thank you.
  6. Hello, @Salvos. There ae two sets for 1987 Silver 1oz MS Libertads. In this set: Silver 1 Onza, Libertad, 1982-Date, Mint State, Including Varieties, each variety (with a minimum number of coins graded) recognized by NGC receives a separate slot. There is this set for collectors who prefer not to collect every variety: Silver 1 Onza, Libertad, 1982-Date, Mint State, One-Per-Date. If you have any questions, feel free to reach our team via email: registry@NGCcoin.com. Thank you.

  11. Hello, @MEL's Cache, Michael. Thank you for your interest. In the future, we ask that you please post any new set requests here, so we may appropriately log and track all requests in the order they are received: https://boards.ngccoin.com/topic/427255-need-a-new-ngc-registry-set-please-remember-to-include-your-ngc-certification-numbers-in-your-request/. Please read here about ancient coins: https://boards.ngccoin.com/topic/432633-ngc-registry-where-do-i-add-my-ancient-coins/ Due to their unique nature, rarity, and highly subjective value, ancients are not eligible in competitive NGC Registry sets. If you own any ancient coins, these coins are best represented in Custom sets at Collectors-Society.com. Many collectors assemble their own sets in unique ways. In fact, s/he may be the only collector ever to assemble a set in exactly that way. Or coins may be so rare that a competition with others is not feasible. So, instead of leaving those unique sets out of the NGC Registry concept, we've created Custom Sets. The Custom Set area of the Registry allows our collectors to create their own set definitions. 1. They define the theme of the set. 2. They define the slots in the set. 3. They plug their own coins into the set with descriptions and pictures. Users may choose to make their Custom Sets public or keep them private. Custom Sets are also considered for annual NGC Registry Awards.
