I’m planning to submit one of my NGC slabbed ancient coins for re-grading, but I can’t find “regrade” option on the ancient coin submission form. My question is, if I submit my coin (in its holder) will NGC guarantee that the coin won’t receive a lower grade than the previous grade?

My postal tracking (EJ275475080AU) shows that my package has been delivered to NGC on Jul 07, it's been 9 days until now but I still can't see my coins on the status page as "received", is this normal?
