Great pickups!
-
Love the WLH Clarkbar!
Couple of cheap Peace Dollar pickups:
-
Snagged this on eBay as a novelty for the unique toning pattern:
Also took a flyer on this for $17, turned out to be cleaned/polished, but the blues are interesting nonetheless, especially for the price.

Looks like PVC on the reverse to me. I like the coin as a 7, not sure about the 8.
-
Just acquired this. 1923-P PCGS MS-65
Closest thing I've seen to a "Black Beauty" in my years of collecting, that was for sale.
-
I like that Mumu. I almost bought that myself.
-
That's incredible!
-
Brandon, that's truly a beautiful coin, dark side or not.
-
Very pretty coinbuf. It's easy to ignore the dark reverse toning with an obverse like that!
-
Not the greatest picture, but just picked up this tough date toner from Northeast:
1924-S PCGS MS-62
Looking forward to sending it, with others, to Todd for a better shot.
-
Picked this up for cheap from eBay (sellers images). Hoping it's a problem-free BU with brighter colors in hand.
-
Here are a couple that I picked up recently:
Dave, these are sensational.
-
Snagged this last night:
1924-P PCGS MS-64+
-
Been eyeing this up for a while, finally pulled the proverbial trigger:
This is the sellers images, will be sending out for Todd to redo some shortly.
-
1922 P - NGC 62
-
Picked up these 2 for cheap:
-
1922 P NGC MS-64
1924 P PCGS MS-65+
1922 P NGC MS-63 Binion
-
The ebay coin is just an error on the insert.
Roger, can you elaborate? Obviously it is an error that it doesn't note the Denver mintmark.
Is this coin also mistakenly labeled as a medium relief coin?
-
Great experience recently with wdrob. Thanks.
-
Neither are worth grading, they are both common dates, in common condition, with dark mottled toning.
I'd keep them raw and enjoy them that way.

Be careful SkyMan, you can't post twice in a row!

I applaud NGC for making this change to NGC-only competitive sets. This will only strengthen the NGC brand and will remove marketplace ambiguity for many collectors.
