Strange Find

Hey Friends,

While searching for more 05 to 2010 MS coins for mint sets I ran across a 2005P Buff Westward Journey nickel that had a strange circle cut in it. The rim is fine so it had to happen before the rim was rolled on it. Wonder if the platchet cutter made it and it stayed through the dye?
