Goodbye Seated Dimes and California Gold...

There are certain disadvantages to being obsessive compulsive and numismatic--one of which is that sets that are in effect uncompletable drive one up the wall. Needless to say, after twenty years of being stuck on the final ten seated dimes, and really not wanting to buy $2000 uggos (those of you in the dime game know what i'm talkin' about), i sold them all. even worse was my california fractional gold--i only had about 30 of those. the upside is, i sold the whole freakin' lot and spent it all on early commems (my modern commems are complete--i just have to get the last few graded). there is nothing like having a big chunk of coin money. the down side is, i have no more coins other than my commems to sell in 2006, so i'll have to do like the rest of the coin world and work my sorry off to buy more. anyway, have a nice holiday, and may peace come in 2006.
