Marketability of NCS or ANACS etc problem coins?

Is it worth slabbing the problem coins we all have?

Like many collectors I bought my fair share of "cleaned", "altered" and damaged coins back when I first started collecting. Being a pack rat I have kept them all these years and lately have been using NCS to slab them in designated slabs indicating the problem that each coin has and it's relative grade. I have been watching Teletrade and other auction sites to see if these NCS coins are selling and trying to discern at what discount to the normal non problem coins of the same detail level and date. Seems to me that with the new interest in coins maybe these "special" coins might be able to find a niche in the marketplace. These coins might be attractie for those collectors intrested in owning a coin at a lower cost and who are less concerned about the surface condition. Does anyone share this view? Anyone have any input on this possibility? Do you see a difference between the truely rare NCS slabbed coins and the more mundane issues? Seems to me that there already exists plenty of buying interest in NCS slabbed coins when they are of a rare date but I am less sure about the demand for more common dates.
