Maybe you should make suggestions on what you think should be improved.

im no apologist for NGC but more voices could be useful for everyone

I tried suggestions here in the forums for months and got nowhere but ridiculed and schooled. I need the loyalty to flow in both directions and I have been collecting NGC coins since 1987 so my loyalty can't be in question. NGC tried and failed, so I go to PCGS. Sad that so many of us complained only to be ignored at the board room table...

I agree with @Lucky One there have been many postings over the last few months regarding the displeasure caused by the changes that ignored the collector. Hardly a surprise that people are leaving. Just look at the journals. There was a time when several were published each week, now... And the PCGS nonsense to remove from the sets their coins. Clearly these people are in the business of upsetting their core clients.

I hope NGC hears you, especially on the PCGS/ NGC Registry set issue .

It seems to me that NGC caters now to ModernCoinMart (also in Sarasota) and the like more so than us small guys...my coins come back sideways, upside down, etc. routinely in the cases and I have to pay to get it fixed.  When I pay for imaging, they dont even blow the dust of the holder and then the image makes it seem like the coin has spots on the frosted front...its insane how little people there care.  PCGS it is.
