Got an email from NGC that said..."A special NGC label is available for the limited-edition 10-coin 225th Anniversary Enhanced Uncirculated Coin Set released by the US Mint on August 1. The release, limited to 225,000 sets, was sold out within minutes."

Then I went online and ordered 2 sets! What 's up with the fake news NGC?

If there is anything fake, it's the mint which reported the sell out on the 1st which turned out not to be true. Good thing to, I bought a set yesterday.

I bought 5 sets from the US Mint at the ANA's World's Fair of Money on Friday.  I saw many dealers with boxes of these sets.

Mint didn't sell out on the 1st. For some reason they set the system as "unavailable".. The seem to do this when they are having issues with the phones or the web site. they opened up again on the 2nd (when I went online and ordered some more). I received my first shipment last Friday and I am expecting the second shipment tomorrow.  Still not sure if I will have any of them certified (I added up the prices and it will be $296 or if I want ER designation $396).
