Question
Hello Everyone,
I have a question for members or for NGC. If I have world coins that are graded by PCGS in PR or MS 70, can I cross those over? I know in that past NGC would not allow 70 coins to crossover, but the change in registry sets are the crossover allowed?
If anyone knows or has submitted any coins for cross over since the recent change, please let me know.
Thanks

The First MS70 Libertad Gold ever graded!!
This is one of the most beautiful gold coins out there. The best part is that it is graded MS 70. From all the business strikes Libertad that have been submitted for grading this is the first MS70. A great addition to my collection!
Enjoy,
David

This one took a while to find but I am very happy I own it now. I might think about getting it reholdered because this one is a little scratched up.
