There was (and still is) a really good inventory report which I used yearly with each set to check progress and changing values. Now even the mint admits it does not know where they think they minted the silver eagles. It's about time for the TPGs to simply label the coin in front of them. If there is no mint mark, leave it at that, don't suggest or imply one. It is pretty costly to attempt to complete a set as it is without phony labeled coins to add to the mix.
