I am completing a set for each of my kids. In the Chicago area I am finding that it is difficult to get Philadelphia minted quarters and I generally have to buy those. Pretty sad. Not to mention that they look awful after a while, but that topic is for another time!
I was at one of my local shops (yes I have two. One in Niles, IL and the other in Glenview, IL. The shop in Glenview, had an 1877-CC dime in an NGC holder, MS61, and really nice. It is toned a nice shade of grey and has a pock-marked surface, indicative of the rusted dies that were used in that heavy production year.
