Attractive Toned Set, Should be submitted unopened?
I have a proof set that has attractive toning and would like it put in a multi coin holder. I hesitate to break it apart for fear NGC will consider the coins artificially toned. If kept in the sealed original proof set, they are obviously original and toned naturally. Can I submit the set still sealed? Thanks.
