Opening Soon! New Coins & Currency Exhibit at the Smithsonian Institution

NGC and NCS are very proud to be presenting sponsors of Legendary Coins & Currency, a new numismatic exhibit at the Smithsonian opening on December 8, 2005. The exhibit seeks to answer the question, "what makes a coin legendary, rare, or beautiful?" Some of the most important and best-loved pieces in the National Numismatic Collection are employed to reveal why collectors have elevated some coins to a legendary status.
