Modern Chinese Varieties: 1993 Two Peacocks Silver 150 Yuan 20 oz. Coin

This is the sixth installment of our monthly column featuring Chinese varieties that are now recognized by NGC.

This month’s featured variety is the 1993 Two Peacocks Silver 150 Yuan 20 oz. coin. There are two varieties of this coin that exhibit a variation in the distance of the devices from the rim.

The first variety shows the devices far from rim. Photos (1 & 2) provide more detail of the spacing.

The second variation shows the devices near to rim. Photos (3 & 4) provide more detail of the spacing.
