Description & Analysis

According to Bruce Fox (1993), the 1946 has the lowest certified population of any P-mint Walker from the 1941-1947 era. Nonetheless, this issue should not be considered rare in an absolute sense. It is, however, at the MS67 level that the '46-P is truly elusive.
