Description & Analysis

Guide Book shoppers might skip right past the 1867-S Half Dollar in Uncirculated grades for what seems like good reason. Despite a mintage of nearly 1.2 million pieces and a common date MS60 valuation, this overlooked issue is in reality quite difficult to obtain even in average Mint State condition.
