Description & Analysis

As an issue, the 1860-O (1.2 million pieces produced) is not particularly rare in Mint State. (Wiley and Bugert, 1993, assign the date a Low R.4 rating in all MS grades.) In Gem, however, the '60-O is conditionally rare.
