Description & Analysis

The Philadelphia Mint's output of dimes rose significantly from 1869. This issue is slightly moderately scarce in the higher circulated grades and in Mint State. Most are well struck, though the usual problem areas of Liberty's head and the bow knot may be incomplete.

Top 100 variety F-104 features a distinctly repunched 0 in its date.
