NGC ANCIENTS: SUBMITTING COINS
Sending coins to NGC Ancients for grading is easy. Because we provide expert attribution
services, you don’t have to spend time researching your coins before sending them to us.
Preparing a submission takes only a few minutes.
Before sending coins, you need to have a submission account with NGC. As a collector,
you can submit coins to us directly using either your Collectors Society or ANA Member
submission account, or by enlisting the help of an NGC Authorized Dealer. If you are an
NGC Authorized Dealer, or already have a submission account, you can contact NGC customer
service at 800-NGC-COIN or service@NGCcoin.com
to request NGC Ancients submission forms.

You may submit coins to us directly if you are a paid, active member of
NGC Collectors Society.

Submit through an NGC Authorized Dealer Many NGC member dealers will help you
screen your coins and select the appropriate submission tiers. They will help you package your
coins for safe shipment and determine insurance value. They can also answer many questions about

ANA Member Submission Account
NGC is the official grading service of the American Numismatic Association (ANA). If you are an
active ANA member, you may submit coins directly to NGC by applying for an
ANA Submission Account.
