Thank you for your interest in submitting coins to
Numismatic Guaranty Corporation. We are honored to be
the Official Grading Service of the ANA
and to provide this valuable service to you.
Authorized ANA members may go directly to the submission
form for U.S. Coins or for World Coins. Read the information below if you have not
yet been assigned an NGC Submitter Number.
To better serve its members, NGC and the ANA recently
agreed that grading submissions should be sent directly
to NGC in Sarasota, FL. This change eliminates the lengthy
processing and shipping delays from the prior submissions
being sent through the ANA Submission Center in Colorado
Springs, CO.
Before submitting coins directly to NGC, it is necessary
to complete the following application procedure:
Print and return the ANA/NGC
Submission Network Application available online.
The application information is necessary for NGC to
assign a submitter number that will be used to efficiently
process, track, and manage your submissions and account.
Submission forms and a Submitter Number will be mailed
as soon as we receive the completed application. There
is NO CHARGE to obtain a Submitter Number!
Review our e-book, Understanding
No Grade Coins, as the information contained in
this book is extremely important. We urge you to study
it carefully before sending in any coins for grading.
No Grade coins display adverse surface conditions
and will not be encapsulated. Instead of receiving
a grade, a No Grade coin will be given a determination
as to why it is not suitable for certification. Even
though No Grade coins are not encapsulated, certification
fees will still be charged since no grade coins are
evaluated like all other coins.
If you need any assistance or prefer to have this information
sent to you by mail, please do not hesitate to contact
us at 1-800-NGC-COIN, or via email at
