Description & Analysis

As an issue, the '64-S rates High R.6 in Mint State. It is perhaps unfortunate that the relatively high mintage (658,000 pieces) of this issue has led many collectors to label it as common. It most certainly is not, particularly at the Gem BU level of preservation.
