NGC Introduces A New Grading Tier

Effective September 16, NGC will offer its new grading tier Specialty Gold. Submit your $1 Gold, $2.5 Gold, $3 Gold, $5 Indians and all better date US Gold valued at $1,000 or less per coin for just $24 (Collectors Society/ANA member pricing). There is a 5 working day turnaround and 5 coin minimum requirement on Specialty Gold submissions. Just look for the Specialty Gold option on your submission form. If you are using an older form, you may still request Specialty Gold by clearly marking your submission form.

Also effective September 16 are the following service changes:

• NGC has cut the turn-around time on our Express tier to just 48 Hours.
  
  
• NGC will no longer accept coins under the Dispatch tier. All coins valued at over $10,000 will now be processed as WalkThrough.
  
  
• The maximum value per coin accepted under NGC's EarlyBird tier is now $3,000. Any coin valued at over $3,000 must go either 48 Hour Express or WalkThrough.
